New owners Jeff, Margo and Michael Ackerman have come together to make this journey. Jeff has 40 years of experience as a CPA, pediatrician, and hospital CEO. Margo has 40 years of experience in retail, insurance, financial planning, and real estate sales. She will oversee sales and marketing. Michael has over 22 years of program/project management and consultant experience. He’s worked with many large companies helping them roll out new IT programs and software.
When asked about why they chose the home inspection industry, they said, “We were looking for an opportunity to invest in a business we could grow, and home inspection happened to be one of the industries we looked at.”
All three of them were very impressed with HomeTeam, and enjoyed the excellent support provided to them.

When Margo is not at work, she can be found playing golf, Mahjong and working out. Jeff and Margo have been married for 55 years and have a rescue dog named Berkley. Michael is a widower and has two sons. He is a member of a local and national Mustang club and enjoys boating with friends and family.
