Meet Brian Edwards! He comes from a 20-year career in the financial services industry. The experience and knowledge he gained from managing clients’ expectations during both the best and most volatile market conditions give him the necessary tools to help people with one of their most important investment decisions. Brian was drawn to the home inspection industry after being involved in a 7-year construction defect lawsuit. He’s now compelled to help home buyers and sellers by providing quality inspections for them. Another reason for choosing the home inspection industry was its growth potential. Brian also has great networking skills and partnerships with local real estate agents, brokers and the community, which will allow him to be successful.

Brian has been married to his wife, Bet, for 30 years. They both grew up in Chula Vista, California and now live in Otay Ranch, California. Brian and Bet have two teenage daughters together. Their family is very involved within the community and youth sports organizations. When Brian isn’t working, he enjoys playing golf and refereeing soccer.
